Our team is a happy bunch with a never-ending passion for retro video games and pop culture from the 80s and 90s who specializes in making custom display storage solutions for retro-gamers and video game collectors.
Our company was founded in the South of France in 2021 based on the observation that loose game cartridges are too often poorly stored in our gaming rooms. While loose games are often overlooked by most hardcore collectors, we believe they can still be the highlight of one’s collection. They’re much more affordable and remain original pieces of the Video Games History.
All our team members are working on their spare time as product designers, quality managers, web designers, content editor etc…
We truly consider ourselves as homebrewers in the niche retro video game accessories’ industry!
Short answer: we changed materials and designs along the way but the name sticked!
Our very first Precision Game Storage were made out of cardboard with a magnetic cover, very similar to a book. However cardboard has become a very expensive material over the last years. It was also very inconvenient to add a window in the front to display games and turned out to be too heavy and fragile to ship worldwide.
We designed a universal format for our boxes that would fit in most people shelves (e.g. Ikea Kallax) and work with both big and small cartridges. This was done to give you that nice feeling of collection on your shelves, similarly to a book collection.
For anyone who owns old loose video game cartridges!
Our Precision Game Storage are for the people that are looking for convenient and dedicated products and don’t want their loose games too visible in their home, for those who like to tidy up their collection, or simply want to display their favorite cartridges in their gaming room shelves or glass cabinet. They are also the perfect gift for anyone into retro gaming!
We’re a small company, R&D takes times and this is why our production is very limited. Eventually we will cover most popular retro systems, but we cannot say when exactly, as it depends on too many factors. However, requests on our social networks for a specific system can surely help us prioritize which one we should cover first.
It’s nearly impossible to please everyone at 100%, but as retro gamers ourselves, we understand that every collection have different needs. We are constantly improving our products according to our customers’ remarks when it is possible.
All our design choices are made based on quality, cost efficiency and industrial limitations. To put it simple, every feature, even the smallest ones, can add up to the retailing price.
Again, it’s a design choice motivated by the reasons mentioned earlier. We all have a few manuals laying around, but we mostly have loose cartridges without them. In some areas of the world, manuals can also be very thick because of all the different languages. It would have been impossible to predict what would fit or not.
To properly close the top flap of your Precision Game Storage you must hold it in the closed position and mark the 2 folds (front and back) by pinching them and sliding along their entire length. It is mainly the one on the front side that will do the work, so make sure to insist on that one. Be careful though, don’t do it too quickly to avoid any possible risk of cutting!

To sweeten the deal, we're offering three levels of discount on quantities if you buy 3, 5 or 10 Precision Game Storage, these will be shown in your shopping cart.
Then, it really depends on what you are looking for. If you have hundreds of games, of course, you may want to rely on the other and cheaper solutions available around.
Our products are intended to store and display your favorite or rarest games in a fully customized and dedicated product. We only do small productions of 100% custom and non-generic products, and we try to use the best materials available to us with the best value for money in mind.
In comparison, some other alternatives are not cheap for what they really are, while some others come at a certain cost as well (e.g. AES/MVS Shockboxes).
As a small business, we are also deeply impacted by the rising costs of raw materials, shipping and energy.
